Direction for Use:

Apply 2–3 drops on the nose (bridge and sides), chest, upper back, forehead or temples and massage gently, up to 3 times a day. For steam, add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe in the steam. Use as directed on the label or as advised by your healthcare professional.
