Return and Exchange Policy

If you have received a wrong/damaged product, we can replace this with the exact same item.

Goods can only be returned if it is unused and intact, or by providing proof of damage/ defect. Opened or used goods can’t be returned.

For orders shipped through EcomExpress, the delivery status can be checked online @ by providing the tracking number for your shipment. (Tracking number is provided in your Shipment confirmation email)

Please email us within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange, with relevant proof (photo or documentation) as seen necessary. We will have our customer care contact you as soon as possible.

We will email you detailed instructions on how to exchange your product once you receive our exchange confirmation.

Please mention your order number in the mail that you send to us.

Cancellation Policy

We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being received.

The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
