Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a shipping charge of ₹80 shown at checkout.
Where we ship: we currently ship only within India.
Processing time: orders are packed and dispatched within [1–2] working days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday are processed on the following Monday. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Tracking your order: once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your courier name and tracking number. Track your parcel on the courier’s website:

Address and delivery: please give a complete address and a working phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address or if you can’t be reached. If a parcel comes back to us undelivered, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged parcels: if the package looks damaged or tampered with, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
